Cold wave is set to make a return as temperatures are likely to fall by 2-3 degrees across the state from January 22, said the Regional Meteorological Centre (MeT) in Bhubaneswar. As per the met office, with the possibility of the north-westerly wind entering Odisha, there could be a drop in temperature by 2-3 degrees Celsius. <br /><br />Meanwhile, foggy conditions are likely to prevail in several parts of Odisha.
